When can I book a reservation?

Due to the long-term nature of our park, we schedule reservations 30 days prior to your check-in date.


Are electricity and water included in the monthly rate?

Water is included. Electricity is additional and charged at $0.14/kWh.


Do you require background checks for long-term guests?

Yes, we require background checks for all guests staying longer than 30 days at our park.


Do you allow guests to receive mail at your park?

No – long-term guests must obtain a PO Box from one of the local Post Offices or UPS stores.


Do you have WiFi and Cable TV?

Yes – we offer high-speed fiber WiFi and Live TV Streaming through Spectrum.


Do you offer online payment options?

Yes – through our reservation software, our guests can pay online using various payment sources, including credit/debit cards and ACH. We also accept cash and checks as payment.


When is the monthly rent due?

Your first month’s rent is due on the day you move in. This is your anniversary date, and all subsequent rent and electricity payments will be due on this date each month.


How far is your park from Downtown Austin?

The shortest route is about 20 miles via 290 Toll and US-290 E.


Where is the closest grocery store?

Retail stores such as H-E-B, Tractor Supply, CVS, and O’Reilly’s Auto Parts are within a 5 mile radius from the park.
